The contact form on this site collects the information you enter in it:

• Full name.
• Company.
• Email address.
• Phone number, optional.
• The message you write.

Your IP address is also recorded automatically when the form is sent. It is used solely to limit repeated submissions from one connection and to reject automated submissions. It is used for no other purpose and is never combined with other data.

The site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. Its typefaces are served from its own server: no request is made to any third party to display them.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used to answer your enquiry. Processing rests on Pimlica's legitimate interest in following up requests addressed to it.

It is not used for commercial prospecting and is not passed to any third party for commercial purposes.

Retention

Your information is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

If a contract results from your enquiry, the applicable accounting and contractual retention periods take over, up to ten years.

Recipients

Your information is processed by Pimlica. Two providers are involved technically, each bound by data protection commitments:

• Hostinger International Ltd — hosting of the site and of the server that receives the form. Server located in the United Kingdom.
• Google Ireland Limited — delivery of email notifications, through Google Workspace.

No other transfer takes place, except with your explicit consent or to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your information, the right to data portability, and the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your death.

To exercise them, write to contact@pimlica.com. You will receive a reply within one month.
